What's the best way to track Search Engine Marketing?

I want to use Google Analytics information to track and compare 2009 to 2010. Currently, I am planning on taking info out of Google Analytics and tracking monthly changes in bounce rates, multiple traffic sources, etc. Before I go and create some huge Excel document, I was curious if there's free software for this or some kind of industry standard I can follow.

Great IT service

Like most Ops managers, I’ve come across and dealt with my fair share of IT disasters. I’ve gone the route of hiring an in-house staff, only to realize that it exhausted my budget and half the time I was paying for employees to sit around and wait for a disaster to strike.
